This Privacy Policy explains how UB2 Studio (“we,” “our,” “the studio”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at www.ub2studio.com and the mobile applications we publish on the Google Play Store (collectively, our “Services”).
UB2 Studio is operated as a sole proprietorship by Utpalkumar Bamania, based in Mumbai, India.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We do not require you to create an account to use most of our apps. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we receive the email address you write from and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
When you use our apps, certain information may be collected automatically:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and approximate region (country-level), used to ensure the app works correctly on your device.
- Crash reports — if the app encounters an error, we may receive an anonymised crash report through Google Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix the bug.
- Usage analytics — aggregate, non-identifying information about which features are used, collected via Google Analytics for Firebase, to help us improve the app.
- Advertising identifiers — for free apps that display advertisements through Google AdMob, your device's advertising ID may be used to serve ads. You can reset or limit this in your device settings.
Information stored on your device
Most of the data our apps work with — saved calculations, plans, preferences, progress in games, journal entries, and similar — is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this content to our servers. If you uninstall the app, this data is deleted with it.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
- Diagnose and fix technical problems and crashes.
- Show advertisements in free apps to support continued development.
- Respond to questions and feedback you send us.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
Our apps and website use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

- Google Play Services — required for distribution and installation through the Play Store.

Some of our apps may include additional third-party services for specific features. Where this is the case, we disclose it in the app's Play Store data-safety section.
4. Advertisements
Our free apps display ads served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. These ads may be personalised based on your interests, using your device's advertising identifier. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
We do not knowingly serve ads to children, and we configure our ad placements to be family-safe wherever applicable.
5. Data Retention
Information stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. Crash reports and aggregate analytics are retained by Google in accordance with their retention policies (typically 14 to 60 months for analytics). Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address your request and a reasonable period thereafter.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.

7. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please write to us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
Our studio is based in India. If you use our Services from outside India, you understand that any information we receive may be processed in India and other countries where Google's services operate. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through our apps or by other reasonable means.
